We provide cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, security audits, incident response and training. The scope, schedule and deliverables of each engagement are set out in detail in a separate proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
- All security testing is carried out only with written authorisation from the client.
- Testing is limited to the systems and scope explicitly agreed.
- Findings and recommendations reflect the state of the system at the time of testing.
3. Client Obligations & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and valid authorisation for the assets to be tested.
- Ensure you have the right to authorise testing of those systems.
- Back up important data before testing begins.
- Act on the remediation recommendations we deliver.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, logos, methodology and materials, belongs to LinuxhackingId and is protected by law. Engagement reports become the property of the client upon full payment, while our tools, methodology and internal know-how remain ours.
5. Confidentiality (NDA)
We keep all client information, findings and data confidential. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement where required. Vulnerability findings are never disclosed to a third party without the client's written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are delivered to the highest professional standard, but no security test can guarantee that a system is entirely free of risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this site.
7. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse, or unlawful activity. The provisions covering payment and confidentiality survive the end of an engagement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved by discussion in good faith and, if necessary, through the competent courts.
